Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure that every AR’KĀ product meets our quality standards. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

📌 Order Modification & Cancellation

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible

📦 Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

We accept replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Product received is incorrect

Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging intact.

🎥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please record an unboxing video clearly showing the package and product
  • This is mandatory for claim approval

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products ordered with custom prints or personalization
  • Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts
  • Size-related issues (customers are requested to refer to the size guide before ordering)

🔄 Replacement & Refund Process

  • Replacement is the primary resolution
  • Refunds will be processed only if replacement is not possible
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Order ID
  • Images / unboxing video
  • Brief description of the issue
