📌 Order Modification & Cancellation
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Once the order is processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible
📦 Eligibility for Returns / Replacements
We accept replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Product received is incorrect
Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- With original tags and packaging intact.
🎥 Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please record an unboxing video clearly showing the package and product
- This is mandatory for claim approval
❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products ordered with custom prints or personalization
- Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts
- Size-related issues (customers are requested to refer to the size guide before ordering)
🔄 Replacement & Refund Process
- Replacement is the primary resolution
- Refunds will be processed only if replacement is not possible
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
